First visit June last year for 3 nights, excellent staff, but 2nd vist for 5 nights it turned the other way round, one of Front Counter Staff, used my personal details from Hotel Customers' File, he called my Bank and spent my money from my Credit Card account, finally Bank called me to double check and found out. I made a new Credit Card and report to Senior Front Counter Staff, she didn't action anyting, play by ear! So Bad. Seem like that guy did with many customers but they didn't jump up & down like me as they travelled around no time to report and don't know how to. Please consider twice if you want to stay here.

I booked and paid for in full. The hotel then cancelled my booking and refused to refund me. Saying the hotel does not give refunds. Tried to get my money back through agoda without success. Run by Indians absolute bast**ds. Lost £450 so beware! There's plenty of better hotels locally.

Smack in the middle of Pattaya, the rooms were okey, good showers and I really like my balcony with a view towards the Bayviews small garden, was nice watching the squirrels in the trees. The pool was decent and the wi-fi seemed to work. There is a small (Independent) convince store right next to the hotel and a nice sauna place (VIP Sauna), it is close to the beach and second road.
