Eastiny Seven Hotel

Eastiny Seven on Soi 7 is conveniently located near the beach and has a very good nightlife. If you're a light sleeper, be aware that loud music from nearby bars can disturb your sleep. However, the hotel’s proximity to the beach, soi 6, Walking Street, and Terminal 21 (you will have to take a shared tuk-tuk for Walking Street and Terminal 21) makes it a great spot for those who enjoy party life. It’s an ideal choice for party-goers and nightlife enthusiasts. The hotel is close to Pattaya Beach (2 min walk), with many restaurants around. The roof top swimming pool is good. The rooms are big but the amenities are basic and lights are very dim. Many rooms still have old box-style TVs. There is a small fridge in the room. Overall, it's a good value for money. It's also near Ripley's Believe It or Not and Hard Rock Cafe. The reception staff is helpful but not so friendly (probably because their English skills are limited, which affects communication). I was able to check into my room a little earlier than expected, after several requests.

Returning to Pattaya after a week in Korat, I got another good deal with the Eastiny Group at Eastiny Seven on Soi 7 (again near to the beach and the nightlife). This hotel is smaller than Eastiny Place although the rooms are a similar size. After a seven-hour bus journey, I was very pleased when the receptionist let me take my room at no extra cost an hour before the usual checking-in time. The room was very clean and.modern, with the balcony overlooking the pool which was not sheltered and in better condition than the pool at Eastiny Place. There were half a dozen sunbeds and the water was much warmer. Apparently, its broken tiles had recently been replaced with the new, attractive wooden decking. Because of the virus lockdown, only 20 of the hotel's hundred rooms were occupied -- mainly with Brits, Scandinavians and Germans who were worried about getting back home after Finnair, Emirates and Etihad cancelled their flights. There was an urn in reception for hot water (I recommend Lipton's Yellow Label tea after you run out of Typhoo and Tetley's) and guests could also use free safety deposit boxes. I would like to thank the helpful reception staff for letting me have my room early and for printing boarding cards, making photocopies and chasing up lost taxis.

The hotel is near the walking street. If you are a light sleep person you will face problem as loud music from nearby bars will distrub your sleep. Other than that the hotel is near the beach, you can reach the beach & walking street very easily. Happening place. Recommend for person who likes night life & party.
