This is a good LK hotel in a central position for all the action of Pattaya. Close to restaurants, bars and not far from the beach.there is a small pool on the third floor. Our room was near the pool but not on the road side. So fairly quiet. It was a big room.

The room has soundproofing, which is necessary considering the area. Nicely decorated and very spacious. I have a deluxe room which can with an individual shower and jacuzzi. The front desk and the maids were great. My only problem was with wifi. It worked, but I was unable to receive wifi calling at the hotel. It did work at some restaurants i visited.

This is a grand hotel; in it day it would have been 5 star and it has held up well being a great hotel to stray at. Travelled with a mate we had a large studio room each, full size fridge with freezer, king bed, lounge, dining table with 2 chairs and balcony, heaps of room all in very good condition. Hotel has an excellent position on Soi Diana, easy walking distance to L K Metro, Pattaya Central Shopping complex, the beach and Soi Buakhau. Bhat Bus options close by. Room cleaning very good and the pool is great for a dip each day. Plenty of well priced eating options abound, we had breakfast each day at TIME Bar in LK Metro,( Turn left into L K Metro walk down too L shaped corner and bar is on your left just around the corner staff are excellent) great food large serves and well priced. Had a few evening meal at Cheep Charlies on Soi Buakhau (walk up to the T section turn right about 50 meters opposite side) Changing money TT is best same direction as Cheep Charlies but on the right side of the road another 20 meters along. Next door to hotel (same building) is a massage business Paanan, this is for real massages, each day I had a Thai massage by Nang and she was brilliant. If going to Pattaya again LK would be my first choice, great value and quality hotel.
