Pattaya Blue Sky

I have stayed at the Pattaya Blue Sky Hotel very often in recent years. I was also there often in 2026. Somehow it has become a habit, and I had turned a blind eye to several shortcomings. POSITIVE: nice pool on the roof, nice, good cleaning staff, room is clean. Staff is sometimes very friendly, but not all of them. NEGATIVE: sound insulation (wall) to the neighboring room is insufficient; you can hear what is being said, and the neighbor's television is clearly audible. If you need stable internet or want to watch Netflix / YouTube etc., I cannot recommend the hotel, as the Wi-Fi causes problems daily in most rooms. The restaurant/kitchen is closed from 5:00 PM. From 4:30 PM, you can no longer get any food, not even a sandwich, because the kitchen staff is cleaning/tidying up. The selection of dishes is small, and the breakfast offered is also not impressive. There are only a few rooms with a view; from 2/3 of the rooms, when you sit on the balcony, you look at the dilapidated neighboring building about 4-5 m away, where there are many pigeons. In the bathroom, you can hear the gurgling of the drains, and several doors close on their own. Individual front desk staff in the lobby often doze or sleep at night, even if they are the only person present from the hotel. There is no dedicated security personnel, so several visitors can pass through unchecked at night. Recently, prices have been increased significantly; the good price-performance ratio is no longer really there.

Blue Sky Hotel is the best of the best..I stayed 30 days, I really had a great time. I enjoyed alot. The hotel is very clean, very quiet, rooms are big & clean. Nana the receptionist & other receptionist staff are excellent, they are they best, very kind, very respectful & very helpful. The staff who clean the rooms are super clean & professional of what they are doing! The price of rooms is very reasonable. The breakfast is excellent. I will stay again & again in this hotel. Fantastic value and a great stay in a lovely quiet Soi (small Street) This 63 roomed hotel could not be faulted, the staff were excellent, very helpful, kind and my room was spotlessly clean. Lovely strong shower, with plenty of hot water and toiletries and the spacious balcony was a bonus, giving the room fresh air from the cooling sea breeze. The swimming pool and gym were first class and the free breakfasts over the weekend were an added bonus, as was the excellent Wi-Fi. I felt very safe at the hotel as its location is in a better part of Pattaya and just a short 2-minute walk to the beach. My stay was for 9 nights and every day when I returned to the Blue Sky, I was greeted with a friendly smile - I felt like I was returning home! Stay, you won't be disappointed for the price you pay.
