Very friendly staff. He picked us up when we got lost on the way to the hotel & took us to the bus station also. The room is extremely clean, & comfortable. Highly recommended. I will recommend it with anyone

Clean cheap spacious rooms in a motel style setting approx 150 metres from the main Pattaya- Naklua road where it is easy to get the song-taews to central pattaya cost 10 baht. In a quite area, easy to sleep. there is an area where anyone can go and make tea or coffee at any time, no tea making facilities in the room. Enough restaurants within 300 metres to cater for most, especially German. The German bakery on the main road recommended for breakfast.

Best part about is that its a bit out of the way so amidst the quite locations. You can actually drive up to your room. It not a fancy resort but they make you feel welcomed. The owners always eager to help and the staff available round the clock. The rooms are nice and clean . great value for money . Though they do not really offer great breakfast but there are enough place around where you could get the same.
