Excellent budget hotel large rooms nice fresh water pool not salt water Fabulous staff beds are a little on the firm side as are the pillows about a 30 minute walk to Terminal 21 or 5 minute walk to get a baht bus to the beach or beach road area Bolt taxi service cheap and very good and easy to use Nice friendly family hotel which I will definitely be using again

We arrived at the place around 7;00pm as we took the ferry from Hua Hin, none of the Tuk Tuks want to bring you out here for less than 500 b because it’s a ways out. Once we got here the security guard wanted to charge us double the room price 2000 b we had to show him the price that we booked on trip advisor he still demanded 2000b he was very rude, after he made several phone calls and a half hr later we got the room for 1000b the room is old, the sheet cover was so old I couldn’t believe it the the place is old how could they call this place a resort. The sound proofing of the room was terrible, I could hear the woman next door moaning. I wouldn’t advise or recommend this place

Totally value for money. Comfortable stay, big nice and clean rooms. Perfect for solo or family stay. Breakfast has limited choice and is usually fixed but manageable. Location is good but far from beach. Family Mart and seven eleven is nearby
