I arrived at the hotel around midnight after a 10-hour flight and a 1 hour 20-minute taxi ride, completely exhausted and ready to rest. Unfortunately, it took around 40 minutes to check in, even though my room was fully paid. The front desk repeatedly insisted on a 1,000 THB cash security deposit, which was extremely inconvenient. I travel frequently and stay at hotels around the world, but this was the first time I experienced such an unnecessarily difficult check-in process. The hotel’s pool is extremely small, the breakfast selection was very limited, and the overall hygiene during breakfast was disappointing. I also witnessed another family having issues during check-in, including a dispute regarding their 3-year-old child, despite the hotel’s online policy stating that children of that age could stay for free. What was especially concerning was the inappropriate and disrespectful way some front desk staff spoke about the family after learning they were from India. This behavior was completely unacceptable and unprofessional. Overall, this was a very disappointing experience and definitely not worth the money. I definitely not stay here again and absolutely don’t recommend this hotel.

We arrived after 3:00 p.m., checked in right away. 2000 baht deposit (we paid 100 euros). The hotel is very clean, the furniture is new, no bugs or ants (perfect cleanliness). Cleaning every day, napkins, shampoos, brushes, pasta, coffee (all necessary). Refrigerator, microwave, kettle, hairdryer. The air conditioning is very quiet. Snow white linen and towels. They give beach towels on request. Each room has a balcony, a dryer on the balcony, a table, chairs. Breakfast is in the other building, the buffet is European-oriented. They live mostly family and more often Chinese, very quiet at night. Two swimming pools for adults, one big for kids. The hotel near Terminal 21 (Pattaya's best shop), they ate very cheaply, there is also a profitable exchanger, near it is a night market. Place is convenient, but if you need a beach, it's 20 minutes walk. Checked out early in the morning after breakfast, deposit returned without problem. The hotel is closer to five stars. All the photos match reality. No minuses found.

Back at the hotel after five years. It's still great! There are not many guests, no one "books" sunbeds with their towels in the morning. You can tan safely. The pool is clean. The interchange is great. There is a free shuttle to the wolf or beach. Near 7/11. Rooms are clean, big. The room has not only a fridge but also a microwave and even a sink with a table in the room (not only in the bathroom) you can cook something yourself or just wash the fruit. I've been in Pattaya for 3 weeks and I've been in hotels for up to 70,000 a day! She was in the middle segment and in a bungalow on the island. Something to compare. Certainly the stardom of the hotel is susceptible. (not as it happens that 5 stars write, and the rooms are dirty, mold, dirty pools and elevators, etc.) I'd love to come back again! The only one, in 2019, when checking in, was treated to a drink and fruit. It's not there now, but it wasn't in other hotels either. Maybe something changed after the pandemic.
