I loved the view from the corner room. Sea view with balcony was more expensive at 2850 baht, but for me well worth it. Its a dated building with old slow lifts. Checkin was very good, its in the mini supermarket at the front of the hotel, ideal for snacks and toiletries. Enjoyed my stay.

The price on Agoda didn't include breakfast.. no problem as I can always purchase at hotel. Upon checking in I asked if the breakfast is good and the woman said "Oh it's really delicious." So I said, okay we'll have breakfast, to which she replied: "oh but not tomorrow. You have to order in advance." WTF? really NEVER EVER EVER have I been to a hotel that DOESN'T serve breakfast. When we checked out the next morning, the breakfast room was EMPTY. To make matters worse, I had to live 500 baht deposit CASH with the cashier upon check in and couldn't leave a credit card deposit. LAME. And in a really bad breach of best practices, your room number is on the ONE keycard they give you so if you lose your key card while out and about a thief knows EXACTLY where you are staying and which room. I advise stay away from this train wreck.

Even this is a small hotel but service was great. I would rate the score below Hotel location 8/10 Cleanliness 7/10 Service 9/10 check in was quick and all staff treat guests with polite. I really reccomend this hotel if you stay in Jomtien beach
