1. Good hotel to stay, if you plan on going out and need place only for sleep. 2. Good location - near the center of Pattaya. 15-20 minutes to Walking Street and Center. No more than 5 minutes if on Tuk-Tuk 3. Friendly staff. 4. Free safe on reception 5. Swimming pool

I spent 14 days in this hostel. Let start from bad things: 1) badly smelled towels 2) noisy air condition 3) breakfast is always the same every morning!!! Good things: 1) friendly staff 2) good location, 15-20 min walk to the center of pattaya, or 5-7 min ride with tuk tuk for 10 baht. 3) pretty quiet place 4) big bed

I staied this hotel with friends in aug-sept~09. Dispite on only 3 stars and small cost we were pleasant with stay there, couse location was super ( near the beach, not in the center of durty рще city, but all shopping center, restaurants were in a few km , that took near 10 min by tuk-tuk (thai taxi)) and the clearnness of rooms was not bad and with air-conditioner. Every day we had new clean towel for beach and for shower. Shower was not modern and easy-to-use , but with hot water. All personal was friendly. Several things were upset: noisy russian tourist, who run, listen music, loughing through the night and breakfast was like several dish for your wish BUT all of them from aggs((( different modification. The hotel hasn`t its own beach, but it is ussial for Pattaya. I`ll advise to economy stay, couse you need only to sleep in hotel and for this purpuose it will be ok.
