Long Lake Hillside Resort

I had a horrible experience. After driving around in the dark for 30-40 mins due to terrible sign posting, I arrived at the property with no check-in to speak of at all. I shouted for someone to help me and 2 sleepy looking people emerged from a bedroom. I showed them my booking and they said I could not have it and they wouldnt let me in. They put me on the phone to the manager who just repeated the word 'no' at me. I got angry and demanded my room but they kept saying no and shut the door in my face. I was totally stranded and really worried and alone. Needless to say, I would not recommend it.
