Majestic Rooms Jomtien Pattaya

ExeterGraham has said it all really; a totally indifferent, callous Thai management has run this place into the ground; their only interest is to extract as much money as they can from unsuspecting foriegners like myself. The pool is a health hazard, and the one time I used the restaurant I could smell excrement the whole time I was eating. This place should be shut down as being unfit for human habitation, the only snag to this is that there's no government department to oversee this action.

What a dump, avoid it, I have been coming to pattaya for 9 years & this is by far the worst place I stayed. I booked 30 days, this was the minimum on Roomorama web site, it looked good from the photo, when I got there, you could see there is no management of the place all owned by different owners, the room was small, bed, broken. Bedding torn & old, tv did not work, 2 hard chairs in the corner, no comfort for a 30 day stay. I stayed one night & got the hell out of there. I companied to Roomorama but they had released the money to the owners, and couldn't do anything. Contacted the owners, who by the way don't like you to have anyone else in the room apart from who booked it, they gave me back 50% of the 30 day stay, that one night cost me £200. The place looks unsafe there is a pile of scrap metal they call a gym, the pool tiles are broken, the corridor is badly lite, nothing to do at night. I hope no one books this place.
