Benefits, spacious rooms, air cooling, disadvantage, but the housekeeper doesn't clean the room, let the housekeeper come and clean it for two or three days, and the clothes are not clean.

The room is disgusting in itself but after a bed bugs made its way onto my foot there was no return. Look at the photos. There are literal bed bugs here. Just don’t. And they are trying to say the room is fine after the contact number for the property doesn’t work and we had to leave the hotel at 9pm when reception was empty so refusing to refund.

I got sick, I was scared, disgusted …This is a nightmare. They seem to clean up this place only after every 5-8 w**res. You’ll find everything you imagine: stains on the fresh bed, dirty towels sold as new ones, safe broken, aircon super noisy, everywhere hair.. just looking for used cond*ms, and then we have everything. Don’t come here….. all the reviews must be fake. No human being can come here without feeling like an an*mal right away. I would prefer to stay in the forest.
