A very low level hotel. The manager is a very high level jerk. There is no hot water. Saves to bring a trash bag. Hardly understands what turist say in English. Disrespects tourists. In short, a hotel not for tourists. When there are problems, the manager avoids. Arrogant. In short, just human garbage

Your best choice of accommodation in Pattaya whether that be short or long term. The rooms are brand new, modern, beautifully decorated and fully equipped with high speed internet, TV, aircon, bathroom and bench and sink space etc. I have been staying here for the past 3 months and couldn't be happier. The upkeep of the place is impeccable and the staff are incredibly friendly and helpful, and not to mention extremely hospitable. The Manager speaks perfect English and has given me so much advice since I first arrived in Pattaya. It's very safe here as there is someone down at reception 24/7 and it is located in a nice, quiet and safe area of Naklua, just a 500m walk from the main road. There are an abundance of food options and convenience stores nearby, along with a big football field behind the complex for those who enjoy some exercise. I have stayed in many condos throughout my time in Thailand and this is by far the best! The modern rooms give off a real sophisticated and boutique feel, and the location, the staff, the pricing...are all 10/10

Great staff.Very helpful,friendly, great service.. Rooms super clean,AC,TV,fridge,huge bed and comfortable,shower,coffee as compliment at room. Location is great and silent, and everything close by.Shops,restaurants etc. I do recommend this place highly and hope to come again soon.
