The Hotel is in a good location with plenty of restaurants and bars. The rooms are adequate for the price. No frills and a little dated. We booked two rooms. Although they were not ready when we arrived a little early. We waited and was handed the keys . Unfortunately one of the rooms smelt like it was a cannabis factory. Luckily the 7-Eleven is nearby where we could get some air freshener, candles disinfectant. It has a fabulous swimming pool. Possibly the best thing about the hotel. However, the staff at the swimming pool I had a bad experience with. The pool has plenty of sunbeds and you can go and select a mat to put over the wooden frame to make it more comfortable. However, with the sun beating down the mat draws in the heat and makes it extremely hot and unbearable to sit on or lay on unless you have a towel covering it. 100 bhat deposit is requested for a towel. We had a towel each and proceeded to lay on the sunbed. However, as the sun got hotter we needed to cover the bed up entirely. On requesting another towel from the pool staff ladies to cover the mat I was told I could only have one. When I explained that the mat was really hot and unbearable to sit on and it would be greatly appreciated pool staff say go and sit in the shade if you no like it. . In reply I said that was not helpful or very good customer service and she say "if you not like it write review online". So I have. One thing I find very difficult to accept in life is rudeness, especially when you are paying for a service. Thailand is known for the land of smiles, but these ladies would fit perfectly well as a stand-in for Cruella Deville. We travel to this area often and have used this hotel before and this will be the last time we stay at this hotel. Free advice I guess If you stay here and enjoy sitting around the pool is to bring a large towel.

The hotel is good with a great staff. From the cleaning ladies to the ladies of the reception: everyone is helpful and friendly. The ladies in the restaurant also do everything to make you feel comfortable
