stay a few nights and big regret has a big room safe, with key and code, on checking in lady spent a lot of time telling me anything left inside or key lost was my responsibility,, normal i thought, on checking out i found £300 missing, when confronted them i got a silent look, so left, i see i not the first guest this has happened to, sadly i found out to late, my advice is if you must stay don't use the safe, it's not 'safe'. plus i book as double but if i had a guest must pay 300 baht extra, and 1000 baht key deposit, ,, and told if you loose cost 3000 baht,, and if wifi important here it's on and off all the time,, i did report my loss.

Worse ever experience i have ever got. Very rude staff and never trust their lockers. 500$ were stollen from the locker and when asked to see CCTV footage for who entered my room. The boss started giving me settlement options of 300$. First they try to penalise u by various clauses! Give 300 baht for lady and if u don’t inform 1000 baht penalty. Its like when u check in u are scared with the penalty system not welcomed! Then they have code plus key locker and i took the settlement offer as had to leave but the way the lady owner/manager was behaving when i informed about loss of money from my locker! It seems she herself is the culprit. First she showed me “hotel is not responsible” written in T&C. But i asked to just view the CCTV and she became defensive. When i threatened to go to Police i was given the settlement option by making me sign some receipt saying she will claim in insurance(theft of guests money isn’t insured though). Forget about reviewing. I would suggest to not even go in this night mare of a place

There is a safe in the room, you get the key and make your own pin- code. But your money will be stolen anyway. Sadly i did not read the rewievs before i booked. As there is plenty of other who write the same. Please, stay away.
