Tadarawadi Pool Villa at Phoenix

We book the resort through Augoda online I booked a 2 bedroom villa through internet. picture shown was rosy with private pool and distance shown was less then 5 kmts. Confirmation carried adress only but no telephone numbar so i mailed Agoda to send telephone numbars which came late. when we reached pattya we could not locate Tadarawadi Pool Villa at Phoenix. we tried telephone number sent by Agoda the number was of Bangkok and not pattaya.the number spoke thai only and could not understand our problem. then we called Augoda Helpline. the opreator in nice voice put me on hold, i charged my cell phone for 1000 THB (33UD $) all got over but the opreator did not respond. how ever my taxi driver found the cell no of manager of Tadarawadi Pool Villa at Phoenix who was in Bangkok, guided road which was very far from city. we landed at Bangkok airpot at 11.30 and reached resort at 7 PM. the watchmen and housekeeping had keys, they could not open first villa then managed to open second. it seemed no body goes there. cooking Gas was not there in kitchen so we cannot cook. pool was small as 5x 2.5 Mts.no TV channels other then thai, no DVD,` Late night i went for shower the tap broke and the water was flooding in room via bathroom. with difficulty injuring my hand i fixed tap and stop water. Imagine at 1 am mid night security and myself where cleaaning the room and bathrooms. suddenly few lights on ground was off. it was tripped and was done.There was always a fear of what is next. Morning the manager Ms TIKKIE came she was very good & assured us. she stood by but said we do not provide cooking gas, we have no TV chanels or DVD. next day WC was jammed. it seemed no body stays there. I have no complaint with Tadarawadi Pool Villa, but it is AGODA who is responsible for the mess because they should give correct picture and not false infirmation. one who has no car should refrain. resort map + contacts be provided. no service is available etc. giving helpline no is easy but what about time and cost of intl calls ?
