We drove three hours to the hotel and on arrival the 2 staff could hardly even want to try and talk eventually I was told the room is under service and nothing else available. I explained I confirmed the day before still no room. Cheap and nasty place there are many others who want your stay.

We stayed in Family suite... Wow us. There are 2 bed rooms ( 2 bathroom ) and living room with 1 rest room. Nice decoration with full equipment and cleanliness. Staff is helpful with service mind. The hotel car park is a bit far from the hotel. However, there is shuttle. There is market near by the hotel which is convenient.

Arrived to be greeted like "what are you doing here attitude" young lady at reception not happy, no smile to greet paying customer - just ask for passport credit card etc. Maybe because of her lack of english she was embarrassed? but same with older man (lobby boy) not happy too!! Next day we saw a new lady at reception and new lobby boy, this time staff were happy - Sawadee/ hello sir/madam etc. That was the way paying customers should be treated. Every time the original reception "not happy" lady was working everyone including the older lobby boy all were not happy!! Suggestion: Just smile at customer even if you not understand!! (:
