I have been regular at this guesthouse for years. The experience are always good. The place is clean, new and fully equipped with fridge, water heater, TV, and wifi. The place will not be staffed at all times, if you arrive at odd times, you need to call them a few minutes in advance so that they dispatch someone to meet up, after that you get a full access using key card through the rear door. Someone might regard it as inconvenience but I like it this way since it give me good sense of privacy. There are bars and massage venue to enjoy nearby. Jomtien beach is just a few minutes walk.

I booked up well in advance and on arrival was informed that the two rooms we had booked were already taken and the children would be on a separate floor to us .They told us we could move next door the next day,but these rooms were old dirty and rundown. The rooms I had booked were from the newer part of hotel which was further up the road but the hotel informed us they had only one room available there as they had let out the other room. I subsequently had to ask for a refund and was told I would have to return to get my money back as they didn't have enough.The next few hours were wasted in booking a new hotel and moving baggage. Do yourself a big favour and do not book this hotel as they wont hold your booking if it suits them.
