I was unimpressed with this Hotel. The room was spacious but worn. The door to the toilet would not stay would not stay closed and water leaks from the shower. The only positive is that the location is fairly central. There is no management to solve any issue. I had accidentally booked my hotel for the wrong month(which is clearly my fault). The front desk lady tried to get ahold of a manager but couldn't then proceeded to tell me they couldn't cancel my future reservation because Hotels.com wouldn't allow it. I called hotels.com in front of her and they said they would call the hotel and ask them to cancel which they did. So in front of my face the front desk lady told Hotels.com that she could't cancel the reservation. The hotel was unable to get a manager for 3 days to help and see if they could cancel my future reservation. Furthermore, Hotels.com has been trying to reach a manager to resolve this issue for a week now. They too are unable to reach a manager.

this hotel is very good...great location. near to beach and walking street. the hotel staff is very co operative. Even they provide early check in. i want to come again at this hotel....rooms are very big and furniture is also very beautiful
