VC Hotel

Book 4 rooms studio Deluxe king bed .. As soon as we arrived we immediately noticed that the safes did not open and were not fixed to the closet. Things as they were in the suitcase I left them because the closet inside was not the best. The bedspread and the stained sheets I don't know what, dirty walls with signs of leakage... We go down to the reception and point out the speech safes and sheets... Very coldly we are answered that we talked about it the next morning .. I had to sleep in the dirty sheets that then they just changed the bedspread the sheets were always the same. Breakfast is done in another facility with a voucher given by them water and other drinks were not included in the breakfast. The hotel has a bar on walking street we sat down and immediately a grumpy lady showed up who despite being guests of the hotel told us to leave if we had not consumed. In the roof of my room were the wires... So we couldn't wait to leave and while we were there after a night we searched for another hotel without success... On the fourth day we escaped at 8am. On the other hand, the location is great. The noises bearable despite the proximity to walking street. I would never go back anyway.

Snot and blood on walls. Most disgusting place I've been. They don't even wash the sheets or towels. Imagine how many people did stuff and it is reused over and over again. It's plain disgusting. Many stains found in room and towels as well. There is also black mold on the walls. Place is a health hazard

A friend and myself have tried for weeks to cancel our 2 reservations and they will not answer any emails about it but before answered very quickly but not that’s it’s to cancel they become ghost. I have requested a refund almost a month in advance with still no response or refund. The refund guarantee is a lie. Do not book here.
