Vtsix Condo Service at View Talay Condo

The stuck up lady at reception does not know how to greet, smile, say hello. Not welcoming at all. Does not reply to emails or requests. Any complaints makes you feel like you putting her out. Sighing, rude, made to feel you are a bother. She clearly dislikes the customers who rent from her. The rooms are filthy, dirty, run down, unfurnished. Bad attitude I’m surprised they still in business. AVOID.

Fantastic condo highly recommend 💯 % Hotel staff extremely helpful Rooms cleaned daily Ice cold aircon Nice pool area too relax and chill Plenty of food restaurants Nice little shops for essentials

Leaving View Talay 6 was a joyous experience and arriving at our new accommodation made us appreciate good accommodation after such an appalling experience. Disliked · The accommodation was the dirtiest accommodation I have ever seen, when I complained was given an equally disgusting room with cockroaches in the kitchen drawers. VT Six, the management company stated we could find our own accommodation elsewhere and they would refund and we were out within 15 minutes of arriving with supporting photos. Then VT six rejected the refund claiming we used 2 rooms in 15 minutes.
