Welcome Marina

I stayed at this hotel for 3 days and I was very disappointed. When I arrived I was told that my room was given to somebody else. Even though I had booked a large room in advance. Instead I was given a small room and was promised that they would give me the bigger room the next day. However when I asked the next day I was again told that the guest who had our room had prolonged their stay. What I do not understand is why they gave our room to other guests? Anyways, the floor was dirty. I had to wear shoes inside to avoid getting dirty. Our room was not cleaned a single time while we were there. We did not get blankets or enough towel for the three of us and had to ask for this. Toilet paper was only given once if not asking and no water was provided. The room looks nothing like it does on the Internet. Worst hotel i stayed at in my life. At least I was charged less as they could not give the room they promised. No lifts in the hotel.

The room was simple, but everything worked well. I stayed at hotel Welcome Marina only two nights and really enjoyed the my holiday in Pattaya. Just 30 meters walk from hotel to the beach, night Market is only 15 minutes walk on the beach road. Near the hotel has everything what you need. And of course the price for a triple room is so reasonable.

It's have no blanket, the room look to old, but hotel is near beach. Everything is quiet (Place, People, Staff)...No security guard (It's make me afraid for my belonging) because my door can't close properly.
