Good evening everyone, the hotel looks very nice but the staff cheats often, we never got our deposit back under various pretexts, even though we cleaned the room ourselves, there is no room cleaning, or you have to pay the staff separately 😅😅😅, the staff is not friendly me, the hotel is beautiful but the rooms are dirty, don't wait for cleaning and be careful with the staff at the reception, cheat 100%

I'd like to tell you about the beautiful grounds and the decent breakfasts. But no... You're not greeted by a friendly receptionist from the start. Two families were checking in on us when we got to 5 minutes they were just pretending they couldn't see us. The second moment in an empty hotel, in a pool of 2 people, in another pool of 2 people we are checked into a murdered room, with a “wonderful” view from the window... on the 3rd floor, although they asked for 1, because with the children (photo attached) Next thing, there was an unfortunate situation, the baby threw up and the bed was very badly and partially damaged. On the phone in a rude way told to wait tomorrow 😅 Had to go to the reception and prove for a very long time that you need to clean up today. (Who thought she couldn't clean up after the baby? The first thing, well, let's say you could find it and clean it up, but you couldn't sleep on such a bed). And in general, it's as if the hotel shows its unfriendly attitude towards the Russians with all its views. It's a shame that such a good hotel is in such irresponsible hands...

Overall, the property did not match the images shown on the booking website. The surroundings appear outdated, and the building behind my room was abandoned. The hotel also seems to be under renovation. The elevator is old, and the bathroom condition was similar to a budget hotel, with very low water pressure. The check-in service was disappointing. I waited while a counter was available, but no staff acknowledged or called me forward, which was confusing. One staff member appeared unfriendly and unwelcoming, lacking service mind. In contrast, the housekeeping and bell staff were polite and helpful. Regarding Room 1448, I was disappointed. The back view faced an abandoned building, while the front faced the pool, but the room itself felt like a basic hotel. Positively, the bed was comfortable and the balcony was spacious. However, the wardrobe smelled musty, the TV was outdated, the bathroom looked worn, and the water pressure was weak. There were no towels upon arrival; although staff later provided pool towels temporarily and delivered proper towels in the evening due to a shortage, this was inconvenient. The overall property looks deteriorated. There are three pools but no staff available to assist. The beach is quite far, narrow, and has no sunbeds (only available in the garden). Overall, I am very disappointed as the experience did not meet expectations set by the website. I hope the hotel will take this feedback seriously and make improvements.
