If you are looking for a budget stay in Pattaya than this is the place you should go for... it is a budget stay with nice clean and neat room but not that feel like staying in some star hotel... but...

Had arrived late in night at Pattaya, so got a free upgrade as our room was assigned to some else already, the overall stay was comfortable, the hotel reception had a list of good massage parlours...
