The hotel has a good location, making it easy to access public transport and nearby attractions. The staff was polite and helpful, which I appreciated. However, the rooms felt a bit outdated. the Wi-Fi connection was quite slow, which was frustrating. Overall, it’s an okay place to stay for a short trip.

The hotel has a great location - away from the road, close to the pier, parking lot tuk tuk, Walking Street. Breakfasts are pretty much the same, but you won't stay hungry. In the room there is a kettle, every day they replenish with tea bags, 3in1 coffee, bottles of drinking water, well in the bathroom shampoo, soap, shower cap. Changing towels every day. There's a safe. Beautiful, well-kept area with swimming pool. Beach towels at reception. There is no deposit at check-in. Now for the downside - the hotel has been in need of renovation for a long time. We had a room on the 6th floor, the air conditioning was running on its last legs, at a set temperature of 18 it was giving off like a fan was just blowing. And this is because you have one key card, and when you leave nothing works. The bath looks sad. There's no room to dry things, a cabinet with several hangers without shelves. When checking in, pay attention to the door to the adjacent room next to the closet. No one's coming to you, of course, since it's closed to the neighbors and you, but you'll hear the neighbors as if they're talking in your room. Cleaning every day, but mediocre. When you move in, the cleaning is the same - hair ended up in the bathroom, dust near the bed.

Good afternoon! So the hotel is not the same! Rested in it twice but it was 2012 and 2014. Now we came for old time's sake, but we found ourselves in a completely different place. It's not about the hotel, it's about who's vacationing here now. The trip was bought entirely independently, without travel agencies. Booked a hotel across the Island. The hotel wrote additionally, confirming the reservation. We stopped by around 10 p.m., checked in immediately after filling out the standard form. Number 701. Wa-fa was in the rooms, running smoothly! The staff is friendly. The hotels were all Hindu! The men. I was in the hotel the only girl!! Of course to say it's not comfortable, to say nothing! And we were the only Russian couple! Of course, another Russian family came, but it would have been better if there had been only Hindus. But you have to understand this not because the hotel is like this, it's because for the last five years this whole area (Wolkinstreet) and all the nearby hotels have been occupied by Hindu men. There are only Indian clubs on Volkinstreet, and a couple of Russians. On the street, they steal wallets from their pockets, when you walk down a volkinstreet wallet keep a pocket in your hand. We were robbed like a movie, that we didn't even get it. Anyway, all the Russians are on Jomtien. This area is not for the Russians right now.
