At first the good things- it is cheap. They provide two bedroom rooms, which is very good for families with children. Location is so-so, maybe a bit far from everything for walking, but there is a free shuttle and taxis a cheap, so not a big issue. It is still a city with lots of shopping and dining etc possibilities. Property itself is actually a big area of multiple buildings, couple of blocks. For check-in we had to ride with tuk-tuk from one building to another until room was found, which can be a bit funny as distances are short and we were going back and forth between the same buildings, but also annoying as it took 2 hours. Not funny but just annoying was that during our 6 day stay every single day we had one or another key card expired and we had to re-program it in the office, which was ~0.5 km from our building- so every day happened that we realized one card is not working anymore, I had to walk to the office, asked some indifferent girl to fix it (there was just one boy who was helpful and responsive, too bad I did not memorize his name, I'd like to thank him...) and then walk back while others were waiting. I did it 5 times, the last day I did not bother anymore (as we had still one working card). Room was good and nice, we happend to have even some view (the most rooms haven't), some buildings have roof pool. At least one building had also playground on roof. It may sound like negative review, but actually I recommend this hotel- at first, this is cheap and it has everything you need for stay- 2 or 1 bedroom rooms, loundry, breakfast, entertainment in the district etc. Also it can be used as place where to keep your stuff while travelling around. NB! Special warning for travellers with little children- windows can be really dangerous as there is no way to lock them, can be open easily by babies (handle is on lower side), windows are low and from bed one can step/fall out of window! Be very careful with that, we had one very terrifying situation after what we moved beds away from window and closed windows with tape. Tip for room: Some buildings have roof pool and some have higher floors, ask for these- the building you have on your reservation will be different than this one where you are accommodated anyway.

Lovely and peacefull hotel for all ages. Cleaning every day and free internet, safetybox and air condition. You can use different pools and poolareas of all the New Nordic hotels. In hotel area there is for example restaurant, poolbar, coffee shop, market, bakery, money exchange and massage. Breakfast is really good and comprehensive.

I stayed on apartment w/ 2 rooms for two nights during the recent high season, CNY, so it was a little over price. The apartment is small but really nice w/ everything that we need. Unfortunately, our room was face to the street and have a little noise all night. The baby cot that we request was clean and very beautiful. The lady in C-view is very helpful and nice w/ me - she help me w/ all the transfers (from utopao, Bkk, and to Ko Samed) and also provided a car for a day tour (~34000 bahts w/ sanctuary of the truth and floating market tickets included for 4 people). The breakfast provide was good but the space can be improvement (towels, flowers, more organization) - eggs on time, fruit, bread, cereals, thai food, milk, coffee and juice!.. The hotel have a cold but nice pool and they provided free tuc tuc to beach almost every hour. The ambiance is good!! The hotel is on a quiet place, good atmosphere nearby the hotel and we used as a base for our outside trips. Restaurants and ATM near the hotel. Hotel restaurant also good and cheap! Everything good, a good surprise!
