The biggest rooms I think I have had in the hotel. The bed was reasonably comfortable. Breakfast was delivered to your room but had to be ordered the day before, you could eat the pre-ordered meal downstairs in a sort of eating area. Coffee from a machine ( no tea ) was available downstairs. The room had a kettle with teabags / instant coffee. The hotel did not do other meals but there was a nice cafe / restaurant ( Sands) about 5 min walk. The hotel was in my view more an upmarket B&B than a hotel. Nothing wrong with that as ling as you dont expect bells & whistles. It was a 5 min walk to the beach, however it was a 25 min walk along beach road to the centre of S.Pattya. ( I did use bolt / grab once I had done 10000 steps ) The is both a 7/11 and lotus fresh nearby I enjoyed the hotel and sea view - would stay again

The hotel is quiet, the rooms are clean and larger than other hotels. If talking about value for money, this place really answers the question. Breakfast was served to the room. There is a complete menu to choose from, the taste is delicious, very good. If you want to swim in the sea, the hotel is only 100 meters from the beach. The service is also good.

The first clue as to the standard of this hotel is that the reception area desperately needs a lick of paint, and the overwhelming impression I had was that of disinterested owners. The room was a sizeable suite, easily capable of accommodating a family of four, but there were serious shortcomings. The first thing I noticed was the rank smell, and it was necessary to keep the balcony door open all night in order to tolerate the accommodation at all. The sofa was so filthy (picture) that I daren't even sit on it. The shower, my main concern, was unsafe. The floor comprises the same tiles as the walls, thus creating a smooth slippery surface, and there's plenty to hit your head on as you fall. The "sea view" only applied when standing on the balcony, and was so limited that I could not view the sunset. The view while sitting in the room is of other buildings (pictures). I was instantly reminded of a Fawlty Towers episode. This hotel is a thoroughly missed opportunity. The rooms are sizeable and with some new furniture and basic maintenance it could easily rate four start. As it currently stands I would consider it worthy of two, at best.
