R.S. Hotel

We arrived at 9pm to find out booking for a double bed was in fact 2 singles in “the basement” the room was dirty and when we asked to make up the double bed as requested, room service pushed the beds together put a double sheet in but left two single quilts and no other sheets, when we asked for another quilt we were ignored, a very unpleasant place and location

Ordered a deluxe room with bath. Suze of room was good, but there were no drawers to put any clothes. Balcony had no chairs so could not use it. Specifically asked for a bath but water was only warm. Complained 3 times but nothing was done to fix it. Also was not told when we booked that there was a conference throuout our stay, so had to fight for breakfast with 200 conference guests. Not a relaxing experience with a toddler, wont come back.

The place looked pretty shabby from the outside but the rooms had been nicely renovated and were comfortable. Pool was ok, breakfast adequate and the staff pleasant. This is a business hotel so you need your own transport as there is nothing in the area around it and it is a long way out of town.
