Cha Wan Resort

We came with a total of 12 paxs, mostly couples, there is 8 rooms with a well maintained pool in the middle, there is also an entertainment room above the dinning area, the host is very responsive and generous towards us, breakfast was well serve, with delicious foods. When first arrived there is a small hiccup, the room smell wet( mouldy smell ) apparently after the host explained it could be the freshener that why use, room is abit old with some of the room drainage choked in Bathtub/shower area, but host is very responsive and fast when you made a feedback to them, they get their team to come over and get it settled within mins, host is extremely friendly that make our stays very pleasant, 5-10 mins walk to very nice and authentic thai food and a min night markets, host will explain everything thing about the area upon arrival. If host would upgrade the room due to some wear and tear i think that would be perfect 5 ⭐.

Beautiful accommodation, good view, very impressive service, delicious food, everything is complete, quiet, ok price. I really like the style of room decoration. I like rooms that are in this style. I feel okay. There is a swimming pool in front. Overall everything is considered okay. I like this place. I will come to stay often.

As family and friends we booked the whole 9 villa at Cha Wan Resort, Krabi, to celebrate my grandsons 18th birthday. The staff were fantastic. Fresh cooked breakfast every morning. Clean rooms with fresh bedding and towels. They helped out in any way they could including taking us into town by Tuk Tuk. The villas were spacious and with a lovely terrace with furniture. It was Songkran whilst we were there and the staff supplied face paints, Leis and and transport for us. The water festival was so much fun, one of my best days ever. There were a couple of problems with the air conditioning and hot water but the owners and staff tried very hard to sort it out and even cooked a meal for all 18 of us as way of an apology for the inconvenience. Can’t ask more that that. The pool was clean and very well used by us. One tiny change would be for a light to be fixed above the mirror in the bathroom as I guessed where my make up was going on for 2 weeks.
