We stayed in the deluxe room with balcony. The balcony floor and steps were rotten. One of the glass safety panels was missing. The floor inside the balcony doors was rotten and the sheet was torn. The restaurant was in a lovely position on the top floor of the hotel. I woul;d not stop there again.

The room was clean, the AC dribbled but worked and staff was smiling. However, the internet didn't work much of the time and most disturbing was no hotwater 50% of the time... Also, the toilet was DIRECTLY adjacent a pillar such that your nose was literally on the pillar when using the bathroom and I had to turn sideways to squeeze into the cold shower. The morning I left was forced to take a cold shower and it just ruined the start of the day. However, it is Krabi Town and the location on the river is outstanding. No restaurant in off season so be prepared.

Wonderful stay out of busy area. Could feel the inner joy as I sit and enjoy the river view and walk along the river. No airport pick up/drop off service from this hotel. So self-service. No breakfast it’s fine cause found a wonderful friend cafe nearby; walking distance. Satisfied with the Room. Thank you for your service.
