Our stay at Palm Paradise Resort was extremely disappointing. We stayed for 6 nights and the hotel was poorly maintained and far below an acceptable standard. Bed sheets and towels were not changed unless we specifically asked for it, and the towels we received had stains and did not feel clean. There were also stains on the sofa and bed sheets when we arrived, and a lamp in the room was broken and never fixed. The hygiene was very concerning. Cups and glasses were not replaced but only rinsed with tap water, and after using them one of us became sick. The pool area was also very dirty, with trash floating in the water. The metal sunbeds with thin mattresses were extremely uncomfortable. The bathroom was in very poor condition with stains, leaking water and a lot of rust. The beds were also very uncomfortable — you could clearly feel the metal springs through the mattress. Overall, this hotel feels neglected and unhygienic. We would not recommend this hotel to anyone and we will definitely never stay here again.

Catastrophic, we arrived for a four-day stay. We stayed there barely two hours so much that the place was very dirty zero reception the hotel level is very very dirty and I think to be weak especially to flee, false advertising.

I would probably only get an automatic response from the owner or manager, but whatever... Where to start? The welcome first: rough and cold. Employees who were surely poorly paid, despite their workplace — with the exception of the young man at the reception in the evening, who was very pleasant. The condition of the rooms then: rust, mold, unsanitary, dirt, broken or patched equipment... and so on. After just one night, we immediately requested a change of room. A last-minute hotel change would have been complicated, and a refund probably unimaginable. We were then “outclassed”. Very good... It must have been the least of the worst of what the establishment offers. I will not even linger on the pool, in a state of dilapidation near the end of life. Despite this, we were nevertheless entitled to: • an insect in the bed, • a cleaning that was absolutely never done (despite the daily passage of the cleaning team at our request), • a bathroom and toilets where hygiene remains very seriously deplorable. Anyway, run. It’s a shame considering the price we paid (60€ a night) — and still, for 10 baht a night, we don’t welcome guests in such conditions. I’ve done a lot of hotels, guesthouses, etc., but here it’s unheard of. The photos are completely inconsistent with the actual state of disrepair of the entire establishment. Finally, at no time did the manager or the owner deign to show the tip of his nose.
