Nakamanda Resort & Spa

This is an outstanding resort for so many reasons. First and foremost, the staff is exceptional: attentive, genuinely friendly, and always ready to provide outstanding service. The resort features beautiful bungalow-style accommodations that blend seamlessly into the lush hillside setting. Our room was spacious and thoughtfully designed, with a comfortable living area, separate bedroom, and a large bathroom with double vanities. The nightly turndown service was a wonderful touch that made our stay feel even more special. The property is built into the hillside, with check-in located at the top and a network of well-maintained concrete pathways and stairs leading to the individual bungalows. Despite the walkways throughout the resort, the landscaping is so well designed that our windows overlooked tropical plants while still providing excellent privacy. The restaurant was excellent for both breakfast and dinner, offering a wide variety of delicious Thai, Indian, and Western dishes. The pool was another highlight, providing refreshing shade during the morning and plenty of sunshine in the afternoon. During our stay, we enjoyed a relaxing spa experience, choosing from their excellent selection of massage treatments and aromatic oils. We also booked a private long-tail boat tour through the resort, which turned out to be one of the highlights of our trip. We were picked up directly from the resort's beach and taken to Hong Island, where we explored a beautiful beach, climbed the 419 steps to the breathtaking 360-degree viewpoint, and walked the nature trail. The beach at Hong Island was absolutely spectacular and I could have spent the entire day there and still not wanted to leave. We truly loved every moment of our stay at Nakamanda Resort & Spa. It offers exceptional service, beautiful accommodations, delicious dining, and an unforgettable setting. We would gladly return and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Krabi.

We stayed at the property for 5 nights. In one of the upper sala sea view rooms. Feels like it was all a dream. The property itself is beautiful. The people even more so. Everyone was so warm and inviting. Service was excellent. Could not find a single complaint. The location of the property is also simply perfect. The beach on the right, during low tide, is like a dreamland. The sea is stunningly calm and perfect for sitting in. Like nature's own bathtub! All in all, just perfect. Khap khun khap 🙏🏼

Great stay at this beautiful hotel with a human touch. The staff is extraordinary and the breakfast while enjoying the sea view is a great experience. Be ready to climb stairs back and forth the hill, but it is part of the charm and the privacy of the rooms.
