A nice place to enjoy the sunset with a smurfifix. The music at Horizons is also very good at this time (thanks to the gentleman from Scotland for the music list) and above all balanced in terms of loudness and no techno and no rap., but varied and appropriate to the place. Prices are ok in happy hour and the ambience is funny, as you have a good view of what is happening underneath from above. I wouldn't eat there now but next door to the Andalay, they also have a nice terrace for the sunset.

Terrible terrible service. DONT GO TO RESTAURANT. Waited 1 and a half hours for a tuna sandwich. In the end we walked out and go no apology or excuse. Just we are busy. Lots of other people complaining too about still waiting on parts of their order.. AVOID at all costs . Won't ever go back.

Visited the restaurant little Christmas Eve but was very disappointed. Extremely long wait, more than two hours. The service staff was acting strange, high? Mixed quality of food. Good: they quickly arranged extra tables even though we were great company (12 people)
