Lanta Intanin Resort enjoys a beautiful location close to the beach and offers the added benefit of using the swimming pool at Miami Resort. The room was spacious, bright and equipped with a nice balcony. The garden is well maintained and very green, which adds to the nice atmosphere. The shower was fine, with good hot water and sufficient pressure. Also the air conditioning worked great and fortunately was not directly above the bed, as you often see in other hotels in Asia. The cleaning of the room was done neatly, and although the beds were quite hard, we still found them acceptable. Another advantage is the laundry service where clothes were sun dried. Too bad I had paid extra for the ironing (70 baht), but the laundry was still stuffed into bags, which actually made the ironing unnecessary. The scooters they rent out are small models with a low saddle, making them unsuitable for taller people (above 175 cm) or two people. Nevertheless, there are some areas for improvement. The breakfast was, despite the efforts of the staff, somewhat meagre. I saw mold on the bread once and the pancakes were way too salty. By the pool at Miami Resort, many guests lay down towels early in the morning to reserve beds and then stay away for a long time. The staff is not doing anything about this. It would be nice if a policy were introduced whereby towels are removed after a certain time, and that this is clearly communicated via signs. Furthermore, there was a sign missing in the room to indicate that you do not want cleaning service. Although the cleaning was done well, this would provide some extra comfort. The wifi reception was reasonable, but the internet quite slow. My own 5G connection was five times faster. It is important to mention that we stayed during a busy period and paid relatively much. For the price we paid, we found the value for money not quite balanced. However, if you are staying here for 700-900 baht per night, the value for money is definitely good and I would definitely recommend the resort. All in all, Lanta Intanin Resort is a great place to stay with many pluses. There are some areas for improvement, but for a competitive price it is absolutely worth it!

We stayed here for two nights following a mix up with our former lodgings. The room availability was slim pickings but we managed to get a huuuuge, two bed apartment here. The grounds are beautiful and well manicured, you wouldn’t believe we were so close to the main road. I think they must also spray for mozzies because o don’t see one! There are even orchids and the occasional nosey monkey in the breakfast area. Breakfast was pre ordered but cooked to order and very nice (apart from the bitter coffee, yak!). The room as mentioned was huge, had a living room, kitchenette and huge bathroom with fabulous open plan rain shower. Gorgeous! Tiny complaint, no bottle opener in the room which is actually the only implement we needed!! There was shower gel, but no shampoo, conditioner of body lotion. Still, we had all that with us anyway. We used the facilities at Miami once but preferred Horizon in the other direction. I just think they need a small pool with a few loungers and it would be perfect for a few days stay. Would recommend though, great space for small cost.

The resort is obviously divided into three different resorts (Miami on the beach/across the street and also across the street about 200 m away). We stayed cheaply in the latter and were able to use the pool in the Miami. The rooms are functionally furnished (safe, TV, etc.) and clean. The garden is well-kept and the breakfast is good and is served at the back of the forest. Every other day you have a visit from monkeys, which you can watch and which are not pushy. We also rented our scooter here cheaply. Conclusion: we would gladly go back
