Krisada Hotel

Me and my boyfriend stayed in krisda villa and payed 2000 baht deposit that they would give us back when we check out from hotel. In the beginning there was no problem but when the first electricity bill came they tried to charge also from cleaning that they havent done at all in that period of time. They also showed us contract paper after one month when we have checked in. On that day they also said that they will not give us our deposit back. I talked with them that they cant change the terms after one month and they agreed to pay us the deposit when is our time to leave. When we were checking out they changed terms again of contract and said that they will not give any money back even they have promised before. Me and my boyfriend followed all the rules of their place and informed them also about my sister visit for one week. They are not trustable people and just try to get peoples money on any way. They just answer that they cant speak english that well so they could get away easily. I also have to inform that in the bathroom was quite many ants and lizards came inside easily. I was really unhappy with this place and cant recommend this to anyone!

Clean room with all comforts you need except english chanel.a lot of good eating places with local food around and only about 12 km away from ao nang beach.. easy by motorbike or shuttle bus.also close to the ferry to ralley beach.

First of all i would like to thank the owner because he was really helpful to us frim the first day of our stay. He helped us in renting a bike and also to book a van for airport transfer. The place is great for a budget traveller. Its actually close to a pier . There are few local restaurant nearby that you can try out thrir local food. You can request daily room service . We are provided free 2 mineral bottle each day.Room was really big ,clean and spacious. Only minus point for our stay was the clogged bathroom after shower. Overall the stay was great. Ao Nang beach was roughly 10-15 minute from Krisda Villa.
