Payang Bungalow

We went on 06/04/2017. The place is about 5 km from centre. But the owner provides free tuk tuk from 8 am to 10 pm for dropping at centre. The resort is slightly interior so travelling late at night (after 12 am) from centre to the resort may give you goose bumps.  Aao nang town is a very small place so everyone here knows a thing or two about every hotel. No need explaining your tuk tuk driver about the way to go Payang Bungalow. If the driver is unsure he will himself confirm it from other drivers. They usually charge 150-200 baht to go to the place after 12 am. The rate is 50 baht per person during daytime.  The accommodation is very basic. They don’t have hot water facility but bathroom was clean and tidy. There may be chances of outside insects coming inside as there were little holes in the walls. I was with my friend and we literally just went there to sleep as we were on the island tour the whole day so all these things didn’t matter to us. The owner was nice and considerate. The breakfast was also good price wise. All and all the place is good if you are on budget and you are travelling solo or with 2 or 3 friends. 

The owner is really nice, the accomodation is really cheaper. Little bit far to the center but the owner call a tuk tuk when you want to go center for free between 8h and 22h so perfect. I recommend for sure ;)

The accommodation is ca. 5 minutes away by car from the beach. The resorts offer a free shuttle service to the beach from 8am to 10pm. The owners are really friendly and helpfully. The room itself is basic. Between the walls of the bathroom and the roof is a gap so it's open for insects. The water from the shower is cold.
