Pros- Close to pier beach and restaurants etc. no loud music late night Ac works Small convenient mart across walkway Has a cabinet for hanging things. Cons- WiFi spotty Small room. Been in Thailand almost a month now and hardest bed, worst room I’ve had in Thailand and I’ve stayed a lot of places all over. I’m no princess either I can manage most places. Apparently this is kinda normal for Phi phi at this price point. Room was right on walkway where people walk by early morning on way to beach and walk home late night from bars and clubs. Literally wore the earplugs I got from my flight here to sleep because foot traffic. Shower head mount loose so when turned on it moves and sprays everywhere. Not a SINGLE hook/shelf in bathroom-hung my towel on little clasp you lock door with. No hand towels/wash cloths only shower towel provided. No waste basket in bathroom for tp One electric outlet in entire room including bathroom which was full so I had to unplug tv to charge phone. Manager saw my bag on the bed and told me “no backpacks on bed” what?! Ok Mom where else am I supposed to put it?! If you’ve read my rant this far just find another place. Would NOT recommend this place. 😂

From the beginning the check in - we waited 35 minutes for someone to show up, after I called few times too. The photos on the website are not adequate at all to the reality. The room was horrible, very dirty, small, the most uncomfortable bed with lots of bedbugs- both of us have lots of huge bug bites ! There is no wardrobe or even a cloths rug, on the walls you could see spider web and smeared dead flyies or other bugs. The bathroom- if you can it that was another disaster- broken sink tap, very dirty and horribly smelly, toilet seat moving in all directions, again walks and ceiling covered in dead bugs. We couldn’t do anything about it as they have charged us for all 3 nights ( the worst 3 nights of my life ) while I booked and it was non refundable. If I only knew I would never book this place - I did research before booking and all the reviews were great - I have no idea who posted all those other reviews. I really like PP but this accommodation made me very disappointed, sad and furious. I didn’t like not even one thing about this place, it’s horrible

exactly as the title suggests. 1000 baht per night for large private a/c room with NO night noise. bottom end of island, close to the pier. dump your bags on arrival and away you go. we had a ground floor room and were grateful for no stairs with our heavy bags. felt safe for our 6 year old daughter. small shop directly across selling small chang cans and bottles for 40 baht. beach 2 mins walk to the left. restaurants 1 minute to the right. clean room. clean bedding. clean towels. happy customers
