Great location in between the 2 main beaches, surrounded by restaurants, bars, shops and 7 eleven. A very clean and quiet hotel with a nice pool and swim up bar. A good selection for breakfast and the staff were very helpful.

We did not have side by side rooms as booked at check in and were told that because we checked in “late” at 5pm they gave our side by side rooms away. One room had a large screeching noise all night making sleep impossible . When we requested a new room they moved us to the room directly above where the noise was originating from. I asked to be moved to what appeared to be the exact same room away from the source but was told that was an “upgrade” and not available to us even though it was available and looked identical. Staff were rude and unhelpful. We paid a premium for staying there in high season and this was not acceptable. The rooms are average at best. There are only about 6 pool chairs for a large hotel with tons of people with no where to rest by the pool.

They have a guy with a luggage trolley waiting at the pier (you may have to ask to find him) which is great because finding the hotel when you first arrive isn't easy. Once you're there, you get a friendly welcome and a clean, comfortable room. Disappointingly for us, Phi Phi has become over run with tourists, but at least here you don't get much noise from the parties and nightclubs, which was a huge plus. Once you find it, its an easy stroll to all the restaurants, tacky tourist shops and to the pier for a longtail to another beach. The pool area isn't that big so, if you want a lounger you have to get there early, but the pool is great for a refreshing dip. The breakfast was good too.
