PP Center Point Dorm Room

The room is fine, very basic and the bathrooms could do with updating. The showers are cold but you don't really mind because the room is so hot! The air con is on overnight but turned off before most wake up so you'll wake up very hot. There were some people in our room throwing a football around and hitting us with it which we didn't think was very funny but this wasn't the hostels fault. The staff were lovely and recommended a good place to get massages. They also didn't mind us paying on checkout as our money had not yet cleared upon check in. It's in a good location, but same with everywhere else on this island if you want to get any sleep you won't stay here!

For the price you pay this hostel is poor value. Our room smelt strongly of damp and was not clean. The bathroom was small and felt unclean, the shower was in a very awkward position and was very weak. Didn't stay long enough to check out other amenities as we left after 30 mins :(

Very basic, but clean and convenient to the main strip, the beach and all the dive centres. The hostel is also opposite some great restaurants and the best street pizza place in Asia! Great thing about the dorm rooms is the bunks don't squeak. We were told that Phi Phi would be expensive but we found it much cheaper that Phuket.
