Upon arrival, I immediately understood why the price was so low. $6 a night for thin walls and uncomfortable beds. But what really got to me was the lack of cleanliness. Not only was there VISIBLE black mold stains on the walls and ceilings, but the towels and bedding would have stains as well. The blankets they provide are virtually sheets. I contracted a sinus infection after staying for just 3 days and it was due to the black mold. Some people may have better luck in different rooms, but after doing brief research I found that this is not the first report of black mold on the property. Steer clear unless your only other option is homelessness.

I’m giving 5 stars because of how lovely the receptionist and maintenance guys were. We had an issue with the room but they were there ASAP to help us out and always checked we were okay. there is also a really cute dog Meg who i miss already. We had to walk up hill and there are a few stairs but it didn’t bother us luckily.

I let them know that I use a walker or a wheelchair and I needed a first floor room. Be “Hotel “is at the top of a mountain. My son, grandchildren and the hotel staff person pushed me up narrow steps, and 45° angle ramps to get up there. It was terrifying. Then, we were told my room was up two flights of curved concrete stairs without railings. The man who came to take us to the hotel was smoking, some strange looking, bad smelling cigarette type thing. When we arrived at the open air storage/reception deck, and I told him we couldn’t possibly stay there, he suggested another resort. I discovered a few minutes later, that an agent for that resort was waiting there in their reception area. It felt as though we had been set up.
