Once again a misleading picture, the pool is tiny and the conference halls look fight onto it, I knew this hotel is mainly for conferences, but it’s still a bit basic, only a bed, tv and fridge in the room, no kettle or or anything else, there’s nothing in the reception area either, only a fridge selling cans of juice, no tea or coffee. You can only get food from another facility which is a good distance away from the hotel, although the staff smile a lot, they don’t do much else, conference hotel not for family.

As with most other people, I stayed here for the North Face 100. Most of the staff in the hotel were from the North Face event organizer, so can't really comment on the hotel's staff. The hotel looks quite modern on the outside, but my room was very worn out and need of repair and a new paint job. The door had holes in some sections, and the balcony sliding door could not be locked. Location is right next to Bonanza, and there are several restaurants within walking distance. Big parking lot in front.

Stayed here for the North Face 100 2016. Staff were very friendly and very helpful to us. The rooms do not have much in the way of creature comforts, but they are clean, the beds are comfortable, the showers are great and the air con works well. Just nearby the Capital J and Bonanza is a great little local cafe/resturant which serves very good and cheap food, there is also a store and a coffee stall. I would stay here again when doing TNF100 Thailand. This is a very rural area of Thailand. It is a little unrealistic to expect a 4 or 5 star hotel. This one is fine...
