It took me over an hour on my bike trying to find this place. There are NO english signs out front only Thai. It is a very small place and not easy to see. When I arrived there was no one at the office, after being unable to find anyone who spoke English I just sat and waited. Finally a worker arrived (wearing a shirt with the logo in English). She rang the manager who then told me that she had overbooked and there was no room available. After trying a couple of places I discovered there were no rooms within 90kms. This was at 5pm. By the time Agoda contacted me 2 hours later I had managed to find one room available after a cancellation. This is poor service by both Agoda and Mahachai Resort. I would never book there again as there is no valid reason to overbook except greed.
