Kuraburi Greenview Resort

The resort is closed!!!! So don't plan a holiday here because that's a waste of your time! Were standing in front of a closed door after a whole morning of cycling.. Fortunately, there was a man who said it's been empty for a number of years. This is not seen on Google or read in revieuws...

After three days on the Lake in very basic bamboo huts, we enjoyed the ambiance and comfort of our Bungalow. Very quiet spot although very close to the main road. Breakfast was generous and delicious. Highly recommend for couples and families.

We stayed one night in a deluxe cabin bungalow at Kuraburi Greenview Resort. Yes it definitely is a resort both in feeling and features. Arriving to the main lodge and checking in was a pleasant experience. Friendly staff proficient in English, nice welcome drinks and an awesome lobby surrounded by natural wood. Our deluxe cabin bungalow was amazing. Like something from the Disney tale adapted from the novel “Robinson Crusoe” where he built a luxury house in the trees. The cabin was very clean. Bed was very comfortable (but low), with nice white sheets. Features we appreciated: - Mini bar with beers and even rum - 4 soft towels - Extra 3rd pillow - Robes - Stunning views - Excellent balcony with wood chairs and table There were a couple of maintenance issue - Bathroom floor mat was torn - Sink faucet was loose I’m not sure if WiFi is available in the cabins. The pool area was across the pond from our cabin. Although a nice pool and setting, the chairs, cushions and umbrellas are all worn out, ripped etc. There is a bathroom at the pool and free to use towels Dinner in the main lodge was excellent, the best Thai meals we’ve had on our trip so far. Drinks were reasonably priced for a resort of this type, example, all mixed drinks were 150B, even the fancy cocktails. We really loved this resort and would give it 5* if the maintenance issues we’re addressed. Note: if staying in the bungalow like ours, take care of the step down from the bed platform, especially at night.
