Atmosphere: The overall atmosphere of the resort is serene and tropical. Surrounded by lush greenery and beautifully maintained landscapes, it gives off a very tranquil and refreshing vibe. It’s a great place to unwind and recharge. Rooms: The rooms are spacious, well-designed, and comfortable. They are thoughtfully arranged with a cozy ambiance, and the balcony views add an extra touch of relaxation. Everything you need for a comfortable stay is provided. Cleanliness: Cleanliness is definitely a highlight. The rooms and common areas are consistently well-maintained, making the entire environment feel fresh and inviting. Palm Galleria is the perfect place if you’re looking to unwind and enjoy great food at the same time. The atmosphere is calm and inviting, with a peaceful ambiance that makes it easy to relax and forget about the rush of everyday life. Whether you’re sitting indoors or outside, everything feels thoughtfully arranged for comfort. The food is definitely a highlight. They serve good food and i already miss the breakfast buffet. Service is friendly and attentive without being intrusive, which adds to the overall relaxing vibe. It’s a great spot for a quiet meal, a casual catch-up, or even a solo retreat when you just need some downtime. Overall, a wonderful place to relax, recharge, and enjoy consistently good food. Kudos to Sam and all the staff of Khaolak Palm Galleria Resort! Our family enjoyed it, we will definitely come back.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel in Khao Lak! The atmosphere was peaceful and relaxing, perfect for a getaway. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, and the staff were always friendly, welcoming, and ready to help with anything we needed. The location was also great, with easy access to the beach and nearby restaurants. Everything felt very convenient while still being calm and not overcrowded. What made our stay extra special was how attentive and caring the staff were – they truly went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and enjoying our time. Specially the guy susi!! Much love to you I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Khao Lak and would happily stay here again!
