It was my first stay at this wonderful hotel for a birthday trip to Khao Lak, and every single detail exceeded my expectations. Khun Dao at reception was welcoming, highly professional, and gave me a comprehensive overview of the resort. Khun C, the buggy driver who took me to our room, was also incredibly polite and eager to help. My suite was fantastic, offering a generous living space and a roomy, comfortable bedroom. I loved having a balcony that opened straight into the garden.To top it all off, the breakfast was amazing, the weather was perfect, and the beach was absolutely beautiful with spotless white sand."

Very beautiful place on the Andaman Sea. Suite close to the restaurant (1154), the main pool, the beach, and breakfast. On the beach, a small straw-roofed hut, practical in case of rain that lasts 5 minutes max. Lounge chair and umbrella otherwise to relax. Happy hour 3 times a day in three different locations. Nice for getting to know the whole complex. Small supermarket, laundry and ironing service, or self-service washing machine. French restaurant. Next to the classic restaurant. Bath towels provided. Proximity via the beach at low tide to Coconut beach where massages, a small eatery for dining, and lounge chairs await you.

The hotel has a five-star status, but it's actually four stars. The room has the inevitable smell of dampness due to the humid climate - you have to ventilate, clothes dry badly even outside. Be sure to bring your usual hair care products. The room was cleaned daily. We lived in B-building - optimal. It's one building away from the dining room and the beach. In the third floor room we had a lovely terrace, sitting there with a book in the rain or in the evening is a pleasure. We rested from November 12 to 21. We had good warm days and heavy rains that ended pretty quickly. Swimming mostly in the sea. No one was bitten, although the hotel displays warning signs about jellyfish on the beach. The pool is nice, clean, no strong smell. The coastline is well maintained, the sand is clean, and there are lots of beautiful shells. Looking out to the sea, there are a couple of cafes to the left where you can grab a snack or drink a smoothie overlooking the beach. Going further, the map shows the cape - not worth it. To the right will be a restaurant attached to another hotel. There's a store on the property. They mostly bought drinks and drinking water there. The margin is certainly there, but not very large (compared to the 7/11 store). You'll be replenished with potable water in the room, but it's less attractive than a bottled shop for my taste. There's no currency changer at the hotel. But you can walk to the nearest one if you want. We've booked a local taxi from the front desk several times - tuk-tuk. The price of a Moscow taxi) but a couple or three times a week was acceptable to us. We'd go to the nearest big village and change money there. There are also grocery stores, fruit shops (even cut in trays - all ok, very delicious), gift shops, Starbucks with souvenir mugs) The choice of alcohol in the shops is small, especially wines. Wine at the hotel dinner is also not recommended, cocktails are better. We took half board (breakfast, dinner). Breakfast buffet type: delicious, lots of fruit, I didn't get bored in 9 days. I discovered green curry, now I cook at home. Dinners alternate between a la carte system and themed buffets - we were at a meat and evening of Thai cuisine - very delicious! The staff are very friendly. Unfortunately, only senior staff speak English, but they will try to help you anyway.
