Worst hotel I stayed so far. Rooms are small (we stayed in a bungalow) which is ok. But things added up. No spund proofing at all. The phone kept ringing for no reason (even at night) so ended up unplugging it. When we arrived the toilet was dirty and worm inside the bowl. Aircon is not working as it should (on and off, but fan regulation broken). The staff seems unmotivated. The breakfast is mainly cold cut, pastries that taste like nothing, stale bread that might as well been there for days, and barely changes. The whole atmosphere was just depressing. Not worth the money payed for.

8th time in Thailand, the worst hotel ever. Pros: nice small establishment, nice decor, spacious deluxe room, good size fridge and quiet. Cons: very little storage, gray and tattered towels, complicated washbasin disposal despite a report, clothes rack null, tiny balcony coffee table, safe too small, forced to claim for change sheets. Breakfasts not top, pastries not fresh, cushions of dirty seats (do the seats of the two Mercedes in the hotel parking lot have their seats as dirty). Uncomfortable beach deckchairs and very dirty mattresses, beach towels too small and stained, deckchairs piled up because the restaurant brings more than the beach, photos on the site of the hospitality lies. Beaches around pool never cleaned with water jet.Unfriendly staff. In conclusion hotel to avoid.

Staying at this Hotel was a great choice and we really feel we can recommend it. We arrived at the hotel early in the morning, well before the check-in time, as our intercontinental flight landed at 5.45 am and already immediately the Reception staff was very kind. Not only did they offer us a great and hearty breakfast buffet, but they took care of our luggage and also upgraded the room booked, staying in a beachfront bungalow with access to the private pool, which only the bungalows use. Our bungalow was very spacious, extremely clean and equipped with every comfort, with very large bathroom and double shower. The hotel is really facing the sea, with a lovely bar where you can enjoy great aperitifs in front of WONDERFUL sunsets. The restaurant is also good and all the staff extremely nice and smiling. The location is fantastic because in about ten minutes walk you get to the main street of Khao Lak. We had a great time.
