CHABANA KAMALA. Holidayed with a company of nine in February 2026. We liked the Kamala area itself, cozy, calm. The beach is nice! But our CHABANA Hotel ruined our vacation experience. It was the first time in 14 years of travel to Thailand that we had encountered such unwelcome staff, and the lady at the reception was so rude and even aggressive on the last day. This lady's appearance turned out to be misleading 🫣. Two male workers and female restaurant employees were friendly in the hotel. In general, we noticed how the attitude of the staff changed when communicating with European pensioners, and the disparaging attitude towards Russian speakers was conspicuous. Again, this is not the case for all staff, but more so for female receptionists and some cleaning staff. The pool-better not have it at all. Green Marsh). Anyway, if you want friendly staff, you're going to another hotel. On this trip we collected negative emotions in more than 14 years of travel). In 7/11, several attempts were made to defraud cashiers, not by 10 baht but by 100. Just in brazen instead of giving up 460 batt gives 360. Sediment). But the main thing from rest we still got - Sea, sun, food!!! As in any country, there are such personalities. Hotel owners should watch out for such moments. Thanks for your attention!

Holidaying there with his wife in early November. The hotel really liked it, friendly staff. The room was without a balcony, which is probably a plus, since it was quiet. Room was cleaned well! There were two seals on the property, always buying them delicious) The sea is about minutes7-8 Lots of cafes and massages nearby. A good Turkish restaurant was nearby, we recommend you go! Also very close to the Big c, seven, pharmacy and many cafes, we recommend a burger joint near the hotel, a check for two came out 1000 baht, but ate all day.. very delicious and satisfying! Overall the beach "Kamala" for us is the best, along the beach there are many cafes with very delicious cuisine, the beach itself is very clean, if you rent a deckchair "200bat for two deckchairs" you will immediately be offered to buy anything from the bar, bring an ashtray, and in general everything will be done properly. Definitely this beach is better than the rest of Phuket for us! The most important thing is that no one there walks drunk and screaming in Russian )) definitely recommend this hotel!!

11 nights off with a daughter of 8 years)) read a lot before the trip, strongly doubted going there or not. But as soon as we got into the room, all my fears were allayed. Someone who writes that he's not fussy and looks at holes and spots on the curtains, well, kamon 😅 is funny. We didn't go hungry, we used to eat eggs, toast, rice, fruit. Opposite the hotel there is a local cafe, ate there mainly. Prices are reasonable, everything is delicious and the staff tries very hard🤗 The hotel is beautiful, the only thing I wanted to add to my room was a bedside table. Cleaning daily, brush/paste, soap, paper, 0.6 water per person, towels updated every day, no one touched our belongings, no money stolen, no safe used. It's 10-15 minutes to the sea via a beautiful street. Shops, cafes, pharmacies, money changers, all available. Went to other beaches and excursions, was not boring)) time flew by quickly, thanks 🫶 And remember, beauty in the eye of the beholder
