The Trees Club Resort

Pros: The complex is located on a hill surrounded by greenery and jungle, offering peace, quiet, and the sounds of nature. The property is secured. The apartments are spacious, with an interesting layout and large panoramic windows; some units offer beautiful views. There are swimming pools, two gyms, and a sauna on the territory. A shuttle (tuk-tuk) to the beach runs regularly from morning until 8:00 PM. Cons: The complex is not new and overall requires renovation. The pool area, pond, and reception look neglected, and the landscaping maintenance is insufficient. Due to the high humidity, there is mold present (which is generally common in Thailand). It is important to note that some apartments belong to private owners, so the condition of each unit depends entirely on how well it is maintained and may differ from the promotional photos. We stayed in Tower C from December to February. Overall, the place has great potential and a beautiful location, but the prices during the high season seemed overpriced relative to the quality of services provided. We have stayed for one week in studio rooms, room are fairly clean, staff are very helpful and nice, surrounding area is very quiet and lovely,shuttle bus to beach and main road was very great, overall it was a pleasant stay.

The resort is on a hill, surrounded by plants and the management has used all the flora very nicely to make it look pretty. It is usually a quiet place, somewhere you can easily relax. However, since the path to the hotel and inside is steep, it is very difficult to walk to and from this place. Therefore, you are fully dependent on the hotel shuttle or your own vehicle to travel. The poor location of the hotel makes it expensive to travel by Grab/Taxi. This becomes more cumbersome when you don't have any conveyance and coming back from even the nearest beach on foot. The room had a kitchen which was a plus, but we regularly found some tiny insects in our room which was a turnoff. That's probably because of the flora everywhere but it should not be an excuse for insects inside the room. If possible, I would choose a hotel nearer to the beach and one easily accessible by foot. Also, they ignored our request for a room at a high floor.
