Karon Sunshine Guesthouse & Bar

we love the karon sunshine guesthouse because it's simple beautiful. The staffs are very very friendly, the rooms are simple but they are clean and everything you need is there! They offer a great cappuccino and good cocktails. The location is good - just a few minutes to the beach and also few minutes to bars, restaurants etc. I would recommend to people who loves simple clean rooms, a shower, a toilet and a bed !

This year we flight with aeroflot from 14 January undill 2 of february we flight with aeroflot it was much cheaper from the other airlines but we had delate and we almost lose the flight from Moskoue to Bangonk

We arrived to the sunshine hotel an hour early than the check-in and were greeted by a friendly lady, that gave us keys straight away. Everything seemed good. When we got to the rooms, they were on the 5th floor, without elevator. Which was not such a big deal, but then we saw the rooms. We booked 2 superior rooms, and one room was good, with a big bathroom and as pictured. The other one was something competely different. It was small, and to go to the bathroom you had to go through a hot balcony, and it was tiny. Not to mention you couldn't close the door on the bathroom. We requested a different room, a superior one, which we already paid for before arrival, and were clearly not given. The lady said she was given this instructions and that the manager was coming in 2 hours. 2 hours later the manager gave us a different room, which in fact was as pictured in the site. Minus the small ants that were crawling in the room. But they didn't bother us that much. The rest of the stay was good. Just don't be afraid to ask for a change of room if you feel like you booked a different one. The staff was overall very friendly and the location is great.
