It would be our first hotel in Phuket. On the main road you have many restaurants and 5min away a small market. The hotel was a good choice. But for a longer stay it would be nothing for us but 5 days if you want to chill at the Poll and outside wants some action it fits great . Dee ,Flim and Dew from reception were always very friendly and endeavoured .

If you are considering a hotel for a democratic holiday , then it may be a good option , but I will highlight the cons , revealed during 4 days of stay : 1) Hotel location : the hotel is on a steep mountain , but in walking distance there are all necessary shops , shops and massage parlours . 2) Beach: if you go uphill - 15 minutes walk Kata Noi beach , go down 5 minutes from the slide - Kata beach. If you love these beaches, then great. But because we're lovers of more sparsely populated beaches, we had to bike to Karon Beach. 3) Breakfast: the range has not changed for 4 days - scramble, eggs , fruit/vegetables/greens , Asian soup and positions of more satisfying food noodles etc. Overall everything basic is there, but the only thing you want to pay attention to is, very often everything was cold. There are very few seats in the breakfast area, but we always found a table. 4) When entering the hotel in the lobby area , the breakfast area has always had a bad smell possibly due to the dampness , but surely there are ways to combat the bad smell . 5) The depressing sight of towels and bed linen - all very tired , with holes and fringes. 6) Separate trouble - clinching time . For reasons that are unclear, the cleaning started only at lunch (when tourists return to the room to wait out the heat ) and many times had to refuse cleaning due to our presence in the room (despite the need to replace beach towels and take out garbage from fruit, etc.)

The staff doesn't just go through the motions — they are genuinely present and intuitively hospitable. For a man who lives in a high-stress professional reality and values substance over empty gloss, this hotel became a true sanctuary. It’s an honest, highly sophisticated, and simply phenomenal experience. If you are looking for a place with real depth, flawless execution, and a vibe that truly restores you, drop your anchor here.
